I'm not able to do that. I recall someone on SI several months ago mentioning that they are able to do it. Other brokerages may have better routing procedures; I don't know. Best to ask your brokerage me thinks.

Is QCharts real time streaming in this case and reasonable price wise?

QCharts works reasonably well these days, though it definitely has its problems. The original folks were bought out by Lycos and they are a PITA. AFAIK, there isn't a cost effective alternative. Overall, I'm not unhappy with it. Daytraders have more complaints.
