Ms. Darlene Marks reports
On Friday, Oct. 12, 2001, Nexus Group's AcSys Biometrics Corp., announced
in Stockwatch that it had been selected as the facial recognition
technology product to be used by MAXIMUS Inc. (NYSE: MMS), the technology
company based in Reston, Va., in its new FlySecure technology and that
MAXIMUS is currently marketing this concept to the U.S. federal government.
No contract amounts were referred to in the press releases of either Nexus
or MAXIMUS in connection with this initiative and any dissemination of such
information that has not been specifically acknowledged by one of the two
companies should be ignored.
