Chart for Quaterra Resources Inc: askresearch.com From the chart we can see a stock that is trading at or above all it's major MA's with above average trading volume for the last 2 months. Red, news out on QTA-v: Quaterra arranges $198,000 financing Quaterra Resources Inc QTA Shares issued 22,761,313 Oct 18 close $0.24 Thu 18 Oct 2001 News Release Mr. Thomas Patton reports Quaterra Resources has arranged a brokered private placement of 1.1 million units at a price of 18 cents per share for total proceeds of $198,000. Each unit will comprise one common share and one-half of one warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable into one common share at 25 cents in the first year and at 30 cents in the second year. The company has agreed to pay a commission of $15,000 and will also issue 200,000 agent's warrants exercisable at 25 cents for one year. The proceeds of the financing will be used to finance the company's exploration activities in southeast Alaska.
