I believe all Athlon's are from Fab 30, not sure about A4's.

does the 1.1G Austin Duron mean that the Palomino core has been developed for both the Dresden 0.18 copper process and the 0.18 aluminum process?

Perhaps Morgan was only developed for the Aluminum process in Fab25 and Palomino a.k.a. Athlon 4/Athlon MP/Athlon XP will only be manufactured in Fab 30 (Dresden).

All Athlons are made in Fab30. All Palomino's and at least some initial "Morgans" (Palominos with half the cache disabled) were also made in Fab30. Reports are, although I cannot be certain, that newer Morgans (Duron 1.1 and mobile Durons, plus possibly more) are indeed from Fab25.

All indications are that AMD developed the Palomino core specifically for the .18&#181 Cu process in Dresden and then converted that core to Austin's .18&#181 Al process.
