stormin norman, (OT) They have to come through Customs- That's how you control passengers from overseas. I can vouch for increased airport security in the US too. By fluke I look like and fit the profile of a particular Irish Republican Army member and also have the same surname as one of the founders of the East Limerick Brigade from way back when. Any time that I fly around Europe through the UK, I invariably get pulled out of Customs lines and grilled by the Bobbies in a private room- On flights with or without a manifest. Well, I took three flights here in the US in the last three days- And I got pulled out of line shaken down on every one of them- good work security. That suggests that security had tightened toward European standards, although we are not quite yet at German standards- noch nicht. Now there's one automatic trigger point for a shake down that I do not mention here- so as not to let it fall into the hands of any of the mass murdering fascists. But I did not trip that automiatic item in any of these flights- and still got pulled.... Trust me- foreign origin flights and passengers with or w/o manifests are watched closely.....
