Maybe someone can tell me what the terms "commercial" and non-commercial actually mean? I suppose non-reportable positions are small positions? i.e which ones are the hedge funds etc. which are the market-makers and so on? All the positions have to net out to zero from what I understand so I'm wondeirng what the numbers really tell us.
