Isssues that LED to is not justification for. But Americans continue to have problems confusing REASONS with justification. If I kill you because I think you are an alien invader my reason for killing you was that I was suffering the delusion you were an alien. In my opinion that is NOT justification. I've never agreed with the laws mitigating violent crime because of insanity. Do you think you understand the difference between issues or reasons and justification now? When you do understand, will you please drop a note to Rudy. He probably ought to understand the difference too.
