Perhaps I am showing my Ying side (or is it Yang? I get confused on which is which, and some people believe I have more of the opposite than the one people expect me to have) to suggest it is a not Ying VS Yang, but a melding of the two to a stable whole.

And if it be a conflict between the opinion of Ying and Yang, that is not a conflict of good and bad, but of two sides reaching towards a conclusion.

Something I have said more than once is that "I'd die in the gutter before I'd take help from the person", and I meant it, and almost did it. I didn't take the help, I just got lucky.

However, first off, I disagree that the prince's statement said that we brought on our ourselves, he was making a point of view known. I think his timing was off, and it was improper to say what he did at that time. But if he feels we need to look at our policies (not that we brought it on ourselves) we need to know that to deal with him.

There are circumstances under which I would suffer rather than take someone's money. I don't agree with it in these circumstances. And I do think that considering rich Saudi's have given money to OBL, that the prince can durn well give us a lot more than 10 million. A whole lot more. And I would tell him, and think we should, that it is "compensation" on the part of his country not a gift.
