I fail to see why their opinion that their Palestinian bretheren are slaughtered at the hands of Israelis (which they are- of course they are simply not recognizing the converse) has anything to do with "justification" for attacks on the US. I don't infer that from his statement. And imo they are perfectly justified in feeling the Palestinians are being slaughtered, although if they were being honest, and if WE were smart, we should hammer home again and again that the Saudis don't allow Palestinians to settle in Saudi Arabia.
