If Congress wants to ban SUV's, they can take it up in due course. You may want to send your suggestion to your Congresspeople.

In the meantime, it is not the time for Americans to turn on each other out of frustration...

As Caesar Rodney, a signer of the Declaration of Independence said at a similar tense moment in 1776, "Stop your squabbles, gentlemen! The enemy is out there--surrounding us, choking off our air, hoping that we will stand divided, and defeat ourselves!"

flappy, Any internal combustion engine can run on "corn oil" right now, and have been able to for at least a decade but, the American public, including your union brothers, refuse to buy, and use it. I believe it's called methyl alcohol, but am not sure of the designation. Besides, my Jeep gets 18-20 MPH. I can't imagine what is wrong with yours that it only gets 13.

Yes the world is full of technology ignorant folks who really do believe in corny bean brained ideas. They have very crude thinking ability. I'd say that they think at the speed of crude at 50 below zero.
