flap, A lot you know. There are already off shore rigs off the coast of Florida, and some more are planned. The secret to success on this being allowed, is that they will be far enough out in the Gulf not to be seen on shore.

There is nothing patriotic about owning a mini car. That idea only works in mini minds. There's plenty of oil, if we could get rid of anal retentive demo/libs, and those that are in love with the spotted owl.
