Hi Christopher,

Funny you should ask. I was looking for the exact same thing last week. Win98 does provide it. Here is the clickstream.

Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Windows Setup>

Choose "Address Book"

That's it. It looks a little different from the old one but has more features.
