It's good to see someone on the other side of the aisle agree with me on this point. Thank you for presenting a viewpoint other than: "I'll drive a SUV if I damn well want to cuz I'm an American!" I suspect gas rationing ... or even the fear of such ... will dampen SUV sales considerably in the not-too-distant future.
