Jus kiddin'.

I get your message loud and clear.
...and I'm glad that you usually wait until you know I'm at a point where I can understand it.

It would have been wasted a week ago.
Actually just a day or so ago I would have found some sort of angry reply saying how can you ignore what it going on now?!!

Anyhow, today I woke up a wrote something positive instead of posting news links.
I guess because it was a Saturday that I did not have to go to work once again like the past few weeks, and finally was able to sit back and let my mind wander.

To tell the truth, I didn't even get to go apple picking this year.
It sort of bummed me out that I wasn't going to have the chance this year.
My wife and kids already went on Columbus Day because I've been having to work on the weekends or have soccer or football to contend with.
Anyhow, wifey told me the story of how it went, sorta.
Then I just applied what I remembered from the 1/2 dozen or so times that I have gone with my family.

It's been hard to find things to write about lately.
Especially when my imagination tends to be overcome with my own pictures of what went down.
I still have all the hatred and worry in my heart that your father -in-law had.
At least this morning I had a break from it.
Then it perhaps inspired you to inspire me.

Thanks.
It worked.

At least for today.

If the Yanks lose tonight, I may need a second dose...
