Stephen, we have tried to live with the Palestinians and have dialogue. They are not interested. They want the land that was taken away from them by the Allies after World War II. It's too late to have constructive dialogue at this point. The situation is way beyond repair. There is no point in placing blame. It's to late for that. It's just so very tragic.

In case you are wondering, most Jews in Israel are Agnostic. Only 81% of Israel is Jewish. 14% is Muslim. Most Muslims are good fine people. It is a big mistake to hold biases against most Muslims.

I Love Moderate Muslims.

They did in part. Syria took some and so did Lebanon and Jordan. Then the Palestinians did a boo boo and tried to take over Jordan. They almost succeeded. This is why the Jews and the Jordanians don't trust them. That is why it is so hard to predict what they would do if they got their own state. I would say it is a risk we must take. Everybody has made mistakes. I don't know what I would do if I were Palestinian, but obviously petitioning they Jews does no good at all.

You cannot fight Israel as they are backed to hilt by the US military. So terrorism is their only option. Unfortunately, as we have seen in other places as well, it is a long time before States give into terrorism and the threat from it. But as with our Indians, the Quebecois, and the IRA, States do eventually give in.

The sad sad part is that there is no other way, it seems, to make either side listen or be fair. Neither side will be reasonable. So it encourages terrorist to make unreasonable demands and for States to ignore them until the cost gets too high. It would behoove a higher power to have the last word, as in an International court. Everyone is leery of that, as minority positions would always get screwed by majority politics. The majority is always wrong. Right now we are the majority. We have the most guns.
