The al-Qaeda statement was made in a recorded message broadcast on the Qatari satellite TV network al-Jazeera. I love this. It will probably be as a result of 'freedom of speech' al-Jazeera that Bin Laden and the Taleban senior leadership are captured. People and tapes moving too and fro, one day, will be traced. A fanciful thought - I wonder if they have satellites capable of identifying the electronic emission signatures of video equipment...
