Y2K and anthrax, is it apple and orange?

Y2K, fear something would happen, but turned out non event.

Anthrax, it is real, it is on going, never stops, not until everyone is vaccinated if it is available, 1 person is already dead, and could get worse.

CPHD is another matter.
