Pretty soon, we'll have drug dealers turning each other in for suspicion of distributing bags of anthrax when the cocaine bags are plopped on the table. No way to stop these type of "scares" until the paranoia dies down, and that'll be a while. If they catch a copy cat, the authorities need to hammer that individual quickly and SEVERELY to set an example for other potential copy cats. Imo, they need to set a mandatory life imprisonment jail term for anyone caught conspiring, aiding or abetting, or distributing any form of anthrax or similar contagion into a public forum with the intent of scaring or harming someone else. That'd make some (but probably not the terrorist) think twice about doing something so stupid or cruel.
