Yes it is, thank you very much. I am claiming that the entire agreement with 3D was a fraud on the shareholders of SCMS. What I do not understand is why the trustee of the estate wants me to be specific as to my allegations. 3D published press releases under the SCMS symbol after the agreement. This alone constitutes fraud. I can't believe that I am the only one pursuing this matter. I'm sure we all lost money on this deception. Thank you John for your assistance. I greatly appreciate it.
