Abiz sure a binary candidate, I remember. But how does that repercuss to ADLAC? ADLAC grew a lot but is very dependent on continued ongoing financing, and the first maturities of larger financing come due next year. Who is pulling the strings there? Is the imminent demise of ABIZ good for adlac (as they then can give up the life support they provided), or did ABIZ do any significant biz for Adelphia & other subs? ADLAC had a one time gain on a cable swap of about 500M. If it is like a usual financial swap the gain in PV must be offset by future charges? No? Documentation is scarce.
