When we travel, we bring baby formula that is now packaged in yellow pouches (one 4 ounce bottle's worth of powder). It is really convenient, on an airplane or out in public, to take one of these pouches out and mix up a new batch of formula when the baby is hungry. It is also pretty close to the color you describe for anthrax. Are people gonna try to throw me off the plane next time I make a bottle for my kid? Public hysteria does not necessarily promote public safety.
