Nadine, I am not supporting Hitler. I am not an admirer of Hitler in any way. Far from it. But I do believe that OBL is far more mad than Hitler ever was. Than Saddam ever was. Than anyone in the world has ever bin. Hitler quelled opposition. Look at Afghani women. They are far from opposition. Doctors and lawyers and professors reduced to begging and prostitution ! If it wasn't so sad, I'd be tempted to crack a lawyer joke here... My heart really BREAKS when i think about them, so i try to shut it off from creeping into my mind.....

Nadine, I have to disagree with one of your comments; Hitler not only tortured his people, (if they didn't follow orders to the mark), he had general's executed, he had intellectuals killed, and there was always the threat of being taken out of a comfortable position and put on the front lines for disobedience, particularly if an Army officer crossed the SS. Now I wasnt there of course, but this is allegedly common knowledge, much od which has been garnered from Hogan's Heroes, of course.
