No, the Taliban are backward barbarians who violate most notions of modern human rights. The US Constitution applies to everyone on our territory. If you think it should apply only to citizens, put that in the referendum that I suggested KB organize and see if a majority agrees. American laws and attitudes represent some of the finest ideals of human rights in all of human history. If it were up to me, they would prevail in every corner of the planet. At a minimum they should apply everywhere in America 24/7, now just when they suit our fear level. Because when they don't, life usually sucks. I have been to enough shitholes around the world to confirm that to my satisfaction.
