There sure are...and as a parent of a teen myself, I've noticed that FINALLY people are treating teens with respect - when they deserve it of course <g>

The attitude of all American teens being a mess has really annoyed me for years. There are some great kids everywhere, if we only look beyond the piercings and blue hair and wild clothes and talk and especially LISTEN to them.

It's especially interesting to talk to them about how they feel about the recent events...when you make an effort to have real conversations they really open up.
