It is funny, but if anyone would ever bother to read history, they would understand how ethnically mixed almost every group is. In the middle east, there was a constant back and forth between peoples--Romans, Greeks, Turks, Persians, Jews, Armenians, Arabs and proto-Arabs, blacks from sub-saharan africa, many, many others. Today's Jews are descended from many peoples; today's "Arabs" from many more.
