didn't the semi's say that last year as well? as far as the recent buying, it seems far more consistent with short covering than real interest. whether that morphs into real interest is the real question. given corporate and consumer tax selling combined with rancid and worsening fundamentals, not to mention the very real danger of foreign repatriation, i just can't see much more upside here.
