Yes, with only 6+ years it seems like a possible, valid observation.

One thing I like about the islamic way of thought is the emphasize on education as
well as warapproved only if righteous enough to be called holy, as well as the clear quotes on
asking for and getting forgivness.

Not that old thing about an eye for an eye, and soon all will be blind, as MLK put it.

From a functioning, productive system including some minorities (Finland) point
of view, using quotas to find that productive magic sauce, i have always been interested in
how regular medieval witch-hunts on "quota queens" can be so succesfull
in US. (that "woman" the Clinton administratiion did the first stumble on, difficult
name, Lanie Guinery or something similar, have her books around somewhere, but name
too difficult for me, as well as her ethnic mix)

1962 and 1967, if I got them right, should be the years of the wars indian-pakistan and
israel-arabs, decided by a switch air strike (but I have never been good on numbers)

Very important, for that time in history.

Just as the concept of "minority rights" and "consensus", maybe the most important
thing of this century. (includes aspects of quotas and much more)
