Try looking at the title bar on that linked page when it loads. When I load it the page is blank and the title bar reads "Quote.com livecharts ad" but behind it is the chart you're trying to view. Look down on the taskbar and see if another window is open.

Hal,

One final suggestion. Compare the Internet Security settings on the laptop with your desktop Internet security settings. These can be found under Tools / Internet Options... Select the Security tab and click on "Custom Level...".

I had problems with the site when I disabled "Userdata Persistence".
