the people I really like are probably totally unelectable I don't think we'll have a woman President any time soon. The chances seem less now than ten or twenty years ago. I used to wish that Pat Schroeder would run. I don't think a female Democrat could win. She would be too far left or perceived/feared to be too far left. Nor do I think a pro-life woman could win because any woman candidate would need more of the women's vote than a pro-lifer could get. And the Republicans wouldn't nominate a pro-choicer. Ergo, no woman President. Karen
