The reason I asked is because there are some divergences between the believers in Zarathustra, in former Persia before Cyrus and Nieztsche "Thus Spoke Zarathustra". I read today some of Nietzsche translation and I more interested to learn more.

I found some information about the actual religion on this site zoroaster.net

In western countries also, the people are not quite familiar with Zoroastrian
philosophy. When they are heard of Zarathustra, they are reminded of “Thus
Spoke Zarathustra,” written by celebrated German philosopher, Nietzsche.
Therefore, it can be rightly said that Zoroastrian philosophy, which was the main
religious belief system of ancient Iranians and for about several hundred years was
the basis of the Iranian culture and their life style, now is almost forgotten.
Therefore, our purpose is to fathom this aged Zoroastrian culture, in order to
recognize the truth of such a rich philosophical faith, which has been the
foundation of the ancient Iranian civilization, and thus try to repudiate the
incorrect pre-judgements against it.

The source religion of Western Asia is unknown, but certain similar themes run through Buddhism, Brahmanism and Hinduism of India, and Mithraism, Zoroastrianism and Judaism of Asia Minor, suggesting that there was once a common body of information.

"But, then, almost anyone who wanted to could take Nieztche and interpret him to support whatever philosophy they were espousing."

That's certainly the truth. Nietzsche has even served the cause of feminist theory, despite his strange views about women("Thou goest to woman? Forget not thy whip!"). I think it's because he seems to sanction any form of passionate self-assurance that makes any means justify the egotistical end. But then he said so many paradoxical and self-contradictory things that it's hard to make a general statement about him. I like the way that Chekhov poked fun at Nietzsche through one of his characters. ("Nietzsche says that a truly great man may steal what he wants, and he was a great philosopher--one of the very greatest.")
