Have you already bought Win ME? If not, I suggest you pass. It's basically Win98 with some new bugs and a bit different interface. If you bother to upgrade, you should go to Win2k or WinXP IMO.

Ken .. operating system ..

ME is OK if you re-boot your computer every
day or two .. otherwise you'll run into a
major flaw .. ME = Memory Eater .. the OS
grabs about 1/2 whatever memory you have ..
but, it fails to 'restore' memory after you
run applications so eventually your computer
will bog down and or freeze .. you'll need to
re-boot to 'fix' it .. So far no 'cure' from
Mr. Softy <gg> wait until OCT 25th and get
Windows XP ..
