Look at the SPX 15min chart
High on 10/05/01...Low on 10/10...x 1.618 = 11:15± 10/15/01

Add to this your favorite momentum indicators and try it out.

These are like widows for opportunity for trend change

A move formed near the 11:15est time projection.
If the low on the SPX charts and it's bar [1078±] are taken out.., the tp is resolved. This suggests the market will weaken further and the last hour will be important.
