It's the management at the major department stores. They get the clothes made cheaply overseas, they're high margin items so they push it. And for obvious reasons the skimpier the the outfit, the less cost per item for them.

But a LOT of it doesn't sell too.

Keep boycotting their wares, sooner or later they will get the message.

Gotta wonder about that, though.<vbg>
