It applied (and still applies?) to MSFT, CSCO, INTC, ORCL,
TLAB, APCC, EMC, AMAT, ADBE, CA, DELL, FDC, EFX, IBM,
XLNX...

It does not apply to QCOM - no ROE to speak of.

You could use 5 years historical ROE and 5 years
prediction if you wanted. Isn't that the "long-term
holding period" of G&K anyway? :-P

Otherwise, I can say what I said before: you want
some illusionary beast that does not exist.
