I don't know what evidence they are citing for such a conclusion, but it makes logical sense to me that this was the case. Again, the more people you have to convince to commit collective suicide, the more chance of something going wrong and someone changing their mind at the last minute. And that's what I was initially opining in the week following the hijackings. I also stated that they were likely working in teams of between 2-3 individuals, and not just lone pilots (as was originally suspected). My posts are out there, either here or on the "War" thread.
