there was always a stimulative intent During the campaign Bush said a tax cut was necessary because the economy was too strong and the money was no longer needed. He just has a card which says Tax cut is good for ______________ and then fills in the blank with whatever issue is good for the day. First it's to return money, then it's a stimulus, now it's to fight terrorism. The only thing dumber than the tax cut statements are the people who still believe. TP
