I really don't know what it's saying lately, as I look more at moving averages, stochastics, MACD, RSI, and once in a while VIX and BBs. But regardless of whatever any indicators are saying now, it's clear to me that this rally is because of government buying. Many people have been scratching their heads lately wondering what is holding this market up, but now the answer is clearer (at least to me, anyway). But government buying can't go on indefinitely however, and when its buying stops, I'm guessing that we'll have a fairly quick hard drop (several days) followed by a slower lingering drop. And after that, business will be as usual. I don't know if we'll retest the 9/21 lows or not, but I'm guessing that we probably will.
