Nonsense. Your strategies are always well formed, and your past multiple wins bear testimony to your timing. If it doesn't work this time, it's more of a commentary on the law of averages than on your wisdom.

It could close at 51 or 50.50 and then drop on Monday, due to calls exercised and stock then being sold. Many call buyers don't want to own the stock, just play the calls. Some may not have the cash to go long and/or stay long the stock. So there can be some downward pressure on the underlying after options expire. Not always, but not uncommon.

Q has declined every chance to hold 50 so far. Your cynicism seems to be justified.
