How you are able to extrapolate from my comments,
My comment was entirely appropriate. You had just finished calling me paternalistic almost to the point of being dictatorial just because I think it would be nice if the government helped a blind man get a dog. If you think that is a radical concept than I think I am justified in thinking that you propose no governmental influence. What do you call that state of being? Libertarianism? I call it anarchy.
