Hi John,

I think that is an assumption to explore. You see, most of us that have played in this industry really do think that the Internet is just still in its toddler period. Today's Internet is a fraction of the richness of what we will experience in just 5 to 10 years time. Cisco has proven that they are the leader in this industry and have the wherewithal to go the distance, while their competitors fall by the wayside. That is why we believe in the long term picture for Cisco.

As to whether the Internet is 5% built out or 50% built out, I'm not too sure that is a useful metric. Today's technologies will be obsolete within 3 years time. Within 5 years, they will have been replaced. TV over IP alone is going to require orders of magnitude more speed and bandwidth than we have now. Put all that together and Cisco is a must own company. Although, I'd agree with Eric. I'm waiting until Cisco drops to $13 before I buy anymore. It may not, but if not, then I'm content with my mutual funds and the nibbling I did in the twelves.
