DOUG,

It is AOK with TP to kill(AKA murder) children that he cannot be sure if they are self-aware or not, but in his mind it is an atrocity for civilians, that are hiding behind the petticoats of the terrorists, to be killed in an act of war. If he is going to kill those that are not self-aware, he should commit suicide. That would be justifiable homicide.
