Scott, I haven't hung around this thread much lately, but the term "traitor" is apparently still flying around pretty loosely. I think it is used to intimidate and to silence opposition, to imply someone is not Anti-American. I will grant you that asenna hardly used his critical faculties in posting his opinion, but neither did he deserve to be called a traitor. A patriot is someone who upholds and defends the Constitution, including the First Amendment.
