if we retest, we will break them... need to go straight up to avoid a collapse imo.

Fannie Mae's chief financial officer, Timothy Howard, assured analysts on a conference call that the impact of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on Fannie Mae's business was "relatively minor" and that he foresees "continued strong growth" in 2002. "We want to reinforce the message that conditions in our business are very good," Howard told the analysts.

If this continues this is good for the economy. I had noticed a delayed decline in bank real estate lending in the end of September.
