Dear Webbox user, You may have experienced recent problems in uploading, retrieving and attaching files to e-mails. This has been caused by our current upgrade work in expanding our file storage capacity within the Webbox system. This upgrade work involves re-partitioning our expanded disk storage which, in turn, temporarily restricts user access to stored files. We understand the inconvenience this can cause our users, but unfortunately, it is an unavoidable condition of upgrading the system. We anticipate that this restriction will be lifted in the next 2 days and we appreciate your ongoing patience and understanding of this matter. Please be assured that we shall do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience as we continue to upgrade Webbox for the ultimate benefit of all our users.
