That depends on what assenna's agenda is. He is clearly more articulate than the post in question would suggest. He could have chosen to be more specific about the behavior he was referring to, but he did not. If that's the best he could do to diss Bush, then yeah, I would agree with you. But if his purpose was just to yank your chain, then he clearly succeeded, so he can't be a raging idiot.
