Yeah, it's the Spectre, a gunship version of the C130 cargo aircraft, used in 'Nam, upgraded with lots of sensors and guns, and used in lots of other actions since then. Basically circles around an area and unloads with 40mm and 105mm guns, can be devastating. Can only be used after you have air superiority, because it makes a pretty big target to shoot at.
