Is it time to put together a petition to give to the oil companies that says "First one that offers ME free oil gets our business"?

I like the idea of a grass roots campaign that lets the oil companies know what their customers want.

CB, interesting idea, but I was wondering if it wouldn't be more effective if we tied our imports (percentage wise) to how effective these nations are at progressing toward democratic principles of liberty and freedom.

The best insurance we have toward long term peace and security is the expansion of freedom and democratic ideals.
