If we run today I will be doubling my shorts as I believe this will be the last leg before a significant correction. I now have 1/2 short position in S&P and 1/3 in NDX. The alternative to new highs today is a flat that would see us revisit the Oct 11 high and turn down for a 'c', but COMPX hints that this is not likely. So then, the favoured scenario of a new leg counts from the Oct 12 low and sees us in a 3 here, a 3 that began yesterday out of that tight jello before and during lunch. When one has an alternate scenario that is bearish against a favoured scenario that should be in a 3, it's easier to know in the early going who's on top because the 3 should run hard.
