and I think they would agree with Rudy that the men who killed them had NO FING JUSTIFICATION.* And it isn't like Giuliani is responsible for international policy. He is strictly domestic. Since delivering the message to Rudy cannot yield any change toward the Israel/Palestine policies, it could only have been intended to use the donation event as a pulpit for his (Prince Alwaleed's) own brand of propaganda. He was basically paying $10M so that the world would hear his position on the cause of the WTC attack.
