The letter that CB posted was also posted with links to congress contacts. It is separate to what I am proposing here, which is to send letters/petitions to the oil companies asking for ME free oil products.

It is possible to send your own thoughts to the congress critters, or even to the oil companies. Either come up with your own original thoughts or take pieces of what you see posted and send those.
